Refund policy

At Skint Fashion we have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receipt to request a return if you are not satisfied with your purchase and would like to return.

Since we are a small business, we do not offer refunds. Store Credit with the equal value of the item you are returning (less the delivery costs) will be provided. Although, for hygiene reasons, we do not provide refunds for swimwear or underwear.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, unscented and in its original packaging.

To start a return, you can contact us at returns@skintfashion.com where you will receive a returns form to complete and send back to the address stated on the form. Please try to reuse the original packing. If your return is accepted we will email your with your Store Credit. Items sent back to us without requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Returns are to be sent at your own expense. We recommend using a Recorded Delivery service and to retain your proof of postage receipt to avoid problems as Skint Fashion are not liable for any packages lost in transit. 

Damages and issues
Faulty good must be returned within 21 days from dispatch date. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. Do not send us back any faulty item until you have contacted returns@skintfashion.com stating your order number, your name, address and reason for the return. All returned faulty items will be sent to the manufacturer for professional inspection. Once verified exchange or refund via a gift card will be issued. Any item that has been washed or is scented will not be accepted.

Any item damaged after being worn or washed will not accepted for a return.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be sent a gift card with the value of your item returned.
